Cancellation, Late Arrival, Refund Policy & Chargeback – Roielte Aesthetics

Cancellations & Changes

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change any part of your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a non-refundable $75 fee, charged to the card on file.

• If this occurs more than twice, a $50 pre-booking deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited to your account and may be applied toward any treatment within 12 months.

Late Arrival

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.

• In either case, the full service fee still applies.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds on services, prepaid packages, skincare products, or booking deposits.

• Treatment results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Chargeback Policy

• Any chargeback filed in violation of these agreed terms will be considered fraudulent.

• We maintain thorough documentation (including signed consents, client communications, and appointment records) to dispute and reverse invalid chargebacks.

• Clients who initiate a chargeback without valid cause forfeit their right to future services and may be subject to legal action.

• You further agree to reimburse Roielte Aesthetics for any resulting losses, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal fees, and collections, as permitted by Georgia law.
